Apr\u00e8s tout, il peut se dire : \u00ab Apr\u00e8s toute cette pr\u00e9paration, passons aux choses s\u00e9rieuses ! \u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>Mais ces premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es montrent qu&#8217;il y a encore beaucoup \u00e0 apprendre ! Il y a d&#8217;abord l&#8217;adaptation \u00e0 de nouveaux paysages et sons, puis \u00e0 de nouveaux coll\u00e8gues, \u00e0 un nouveau travail et, bien s\u00fbr, \u00e0 l&#8217;apprentissage de la langue ! Nous voulons fournir d&#8217;excellents soins m\u00e9dicaux, mais nous sommes confront\u00e9s aux obstacles qui existent souvent dans les environnements pauvres en ressources.  <\/p>\n<p>En outre, au cours de ces premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il se peut que nous travaillions \u00e9galement sur.. :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les questions relatives au mariage et au c\u00e9libat<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;agrandissement de la famille<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;int\u00e9gration du minist\u00e8re spirituel et physique dans la pratique<\/li>\n<li>comprendre comment notre r\u00f4le s&#8217;inscrit dans la vision et la strat\u00e9gie de la mission et de l&#8217;Eglise<\/li>\n<li>faire des choses en dehors de sa formation, comme diriger une \u00e9quipe ou des projets<\/li>\n<li>conflit et formation d&#8217;une \u00e9quipe<\/li>\n<li>les probl\u00e8mes d&#8217;identit\u00e9 (\u00ab qui suis-je vraiment ? \u00bb)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pendant cette p\u00e9riode intense d&#8217;apprentissage et de croissance, on me demande parfois des conseils sur la fa\u00e7on de poursuivre ma formation : devrais-je obtenir un dipl\u00f4me de MPH ? m&#8217;orienter vers la m\u00e9decine tropicale ? en apprendre davantage sur la gestion et le leadership ?  <\/p>\n<p>En repensant aux 30 ann\u00e9es que j&#8217;ai pass\u00e9es avec SIM dans le cadre de missions m\u00e9dicales, je pense que j&#8217;ai essay\u00e9 d&#8217;en faire trop, trop t\u00f4t. Ma suggestion est donc la suivante : adoptez une vision \u00e0 plus long terme et divisez-la en plusieurs \u00e9tapes. <\/p>\n<p>La complexit\u00e9 de la t\u00e2che signifie que si nous essayons trop de choses trop t\u00f4t, nous ne ferons rien de bien. C&#8217;est pourquoi, au cours des premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de se concentrer sur l&#8217;essentiel : nos relations, en particulier le mariage, le concubinage et la famille ; l&#8217;apprentissage des langues ; et la mise en pratique de ce que nous avons appris \u00e0 faire. <\/p>\n<p>Vous saurez alors ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire pour les \u00e9tapes ult\u00e9rieures. Tout le monde n&#8217;a pas besoin de poursuivre ses \u00e9tudes et d&#8217;obtenir un dipl\u00f4me en sant\u00e9 publique. Tout le monde n&#8217;a pas besoin d&#8217;aller au s\u00e9minaire. Tout le monde n&#8217;a pas besoin d&#8217;acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences en gestion. Mais chacun doit progresser dans la compr\u00e9hension de ses dons et de ses capacit\u00e9s et, avec le temps, relever de nouveaux d\u00e9fis. Chacun doit grandir dans la gr\u00e2ce et la connaissance de notre Seigneur J\u00e9sus-Christ.     <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Car nous sommes son ouvrage, cr\u00e9\u00e9s dans le Christ J\u00e9sus pour de bonnes \u0153uvres, que Dieu a pr\u00e9par\u00e9es d&#8217;avance, afin que nous marchions en elles.
