N&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 vous inscrire et \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux messages. Mon objectif est de rendre ce blog aussi interactif que possible.  <\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques r\u00e9flexions que j&#8217;ai eues il y a deux ans, lorsque j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 bloguer. Elles sont toujours d&#8217;actualit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi j&#8217;ai besoin d&#8217;\u00e9crire le blog :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pour clarifier ma propre pens\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Pour voir mes priorit\u00e9s par \u00e9crit<\/li>\n<li>Partager quelques le\u00e7ons de vie dans le cadre de missions m\u00e9dicales<\/li>\n<li>Encourager l&#8217;honn\u00eatet\u00e9 et la transparence chez les personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans la mission m\u00e9dicale<\/li>\n<li>Permettre aux membres des \u00e9glises de voir les opportunit\u00e9s et les obstacles<\/li>\n<li>Glorifier le Seigneur pour les nombreuses fa\u00e7ons dont il a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 la pri\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en lumi\u00e8re une vision unique des missions m\u00e9dicales qui tente d&#8217;\u00e9quilibrer les d\u00e9bats et d&#8217;encourager les personnes impliqu\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nouvelles id\u00e9es d&#8217;articles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Priorit\u00e9s importantes dans le mentorat des missionnaires m\u00e9dicaux<\/li>\n<li>Cours propos\u00e9s, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Passez en revue quelques-uns des livres utiles sur le leadership, visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le leadership pour les missions m\u00e9dicales.<\/li>\n<li>Parlez des missions \u00e0 court terme et de la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9glises peuvent \u00eatre impliqu\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Soins aux membres des \u00e9glises<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9pistage pr\u00e9alable et collaboration des \u00e9glises avec les agences<\/li>\n<li>Les questions de caract\u00e8re, par exemple \u00ab Leading with a Limp \u00bb (Diriger en boitant) parle du caract\u00e8re comme de la chose principale que le Seigneur fait en fa\u00e7onnant nos vies en tant que dirigeants.<\/li>\n<li>Dites bonjour et rendez hommage \u00e0 certains de nos vieux amis<\/li>\n<li>Partager des exp\u00e9riences sp\u00e9cifiques sur le terrain de la mission<\/li>\n<li>Parlez du travail de soutien<\/li>\n<li>Pourquoi des agences missionnaires et pas seulement des personnes seules ?<\/li>\n<li>Suivi\/surveillance de la sant\u00e9 dans le SIM &#8211; par exemple, jours de maladie, ann\u00e9es de vie des personnes d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9es en mission, r\u00e9cits de vies gu\u00e9ries ou sauv\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9lange de l&#8217;ancienne et de la nouvelle pens\u00e9e des missions, lien avec la CMDA, le CMF et l&#8217;ICMDA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quels sont les sujets dont vous aimeriez entendre parler ?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deux ans plus tard, les raisons qui me poussent \u00e0 bloguer sont toujours aussi passionnantes !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2354,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"nf_dc_page":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[87],"tags":[111,117,118],"class_list":["post-2562","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-croissance-et-formation-de-disciples","tag-motivation-fr","tag-nouvelles-idees","tag-themes"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.0 (Yoast SEO v27.4) -
