Healthcare and the Mission of God
Finding Joy in the Crucible of Ministry
Bridging the gap between healing and the Great Commission: Why healthcare and the gospel are partners, not rivals.
How do we share our faith appropriately in a clinical setting? Is compassionate care enough? If you have struggled to balance your professional calling with the Great Commission, you are not alone. Healthcare and the Mission of God is a Christian healthcare missions book designed to help practitioners bridge the gap between faith and practice. Following the example of Jesus, who moved seamlessly between healing and preaching, the author illustrates how healthcare fits into God’s larger purposes for humanity. Featuring stories from global missions, this book invites healthcare workers to be transformed for His glory while bringing healing to a broken world.
